About MLC

Hi, I’m Ashley.

I grew up on the Main Line, and it’s still where I call home today. It’s also the inspiration behind the name Main Line Collection, a nod to the place that shaped my love of beautiful homes, timeless pieces, and spaces that feel collected over time.

My love of art and design started long before MLC. I have a background in design and have always been drawn to color, composition, and the way individual pieces can come together to create something beautiful.

When I started having children, my career path shifted to teaching. Today, I’m a third grade teacher and a mom of four boys, so I know firsthand that a beautiful home also needs to be a home you can actually live in.

When our family moved into a larger home to make room for everyone, I was determined that more space wouldn’t mean a home that felt stark or impersonal. I wanted it to feel personal, layered, collected, and full of character. A home that felt like us.

I started sourcing vintage and antique pieces and creating plate walls in our own home. I loved mixing different periods, makers, colors, and patterns and seeing how pieces with completely different histories could somehow belong together.

And that’s where Main Line Collection began.

Today, I source and curate pieces with that same philosophy. I believe the most beautiful homes feel personal, layered, and collected over time. They don’t need to be perfect or overly designed. They should tell your story and, most importantly, feel like home.
